Shipping policy

Delivery System

We primarily use Canada Post for shipping. Lead times within Canada range from 4–12 days.

For U.S. orders, lead times are similar, but if you're shipping to a trail town, please allow up to 2 weeks to avoid missing your package.

For international shipping to Europe, lead times vary depending on the selected shipping method. The most affordable option can take up to 60 business days.

Free shipping for Canada 

We offer free tracked shipping to Canada for orders over $200 before tax. This excludes express shipping options.

Shipping Assistance

If tracking shows it was delivered but you didn’t receive it, we’ll do our best to help. However, we can’t cover porch theft or false claims, which are unfortunately common. To avoid this risk, you can request a signature on delivery by leaving a note at checkout. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping company we cannot take responsibility for the item trajectory through postal services but if anything goes wrong we will do our best to assist you.

 

Taxes and Tariffs

For orders within Canada, no tariffs or customs duties apply.

For orders outside Canada, customs charges may apply, as taxes are not included at checkout. You may be required to pay upon receiving your parcel, depending on local regulations. For example, in France, duties are waived under €150, but VAT still applies.
